For 3 consecutive weeks (20 – 27 June, 27 June – 4 July and 4 – 11 July) the Macrobiotics School LaSanaGola from Milan, one of the largest food and cooking schools in Europe, is organizing a healthy vacation at the 4-star Wellness Hotel Nockresort in Bad Kleinkirchheim/ Austria.
At a glimpse:
- 3 balanced vegan/macro/bio meals per day, prepared by the school’s Italian chefs
- Morning exercise with yoga and Tai Chi
- Relax in the 4-star wellness hotel with pool/whirlpool/sauna area and various sports (fitness room/ indoor climbing wall/ squash/…) and children’s facilities (playground / pedal car park / trampoline,…)
- Evening lectures with Martin Halsey – USA/Italy
- Courses (can be booked additionally) (1-1.5 hours each Mo-Fr):
- daily cooking classes with international teachers
